In november, the price of the origin steel material prices surged and then fell, finished with rising at the end of November,but the whole structure of going down still exsists. Because  of decrease temperature, the lower demand of steel downstream industry, meanwhile the cost is coming off. there is a turnover,the production of whole steel industry is steel low.
