A full range of cut to length and multi-blanking lines designed to meet your exact production needs. Our range of systems will accommodate low volume for short run production as well as high speed, long run operations. This enables us to offer you the exact system to meet your needs

These systems consist of a coil loading station, uncoiler, flattener or precision leveler (4,5, or 6 high configurations), roll feed, high speed shear and a range of finished part handling options. Finished parts can be stacked with drop, flipper or magnetic stackers.

Our range of custom engineered blanking line solutions are designed for challenging applications. Typical industries are automotive, both exposed and unexposed, appliance and office furniture manufactures. These lines can be supplied with levelers (4,5, and 6 high), wash stations, electrostatic oiling, inspection station and fixed and/or oscillating dies.

Trade Terms and After sale service 

1.Payment Term:30% paid by T/T as down payment,Balance 70% after inspection before delivery. After finish production, we will inspect the machine and inform the buyer, the buyer come inspect goods, then pay the balance before shipping. 

2.Delivery Time:We guarantees the equipment will be ready for shipment within 30 working days after receipt of deposit .

3.After sale Service:We could send technician to your country to install machine if you need. The buyer need to pay extra cost, including:visa, round trip tickets, accommodation, salary of USD 100~120 per day.

4.Warranty:12 months

During the warranty, the replaceable parts are free, but the buyers need to pay for the shipping .We will also provide you instruction manual to show you how to operate the machines.
